At Rokid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your AR experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals to ensure the item is eligible for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
